The process
The Ask: Create a campaign that raises awareness around the combined mental impact of battling a deadly global pandemic while dealing with the existing racial pandemic in an empathetic and relatable manner.
Insight: The barriers that prevent those in BIPOC communities from seeking professional mental help make it difficult for them to open up about their experiences.
Strategy: Create a campaign that allows the BIPOC community to be comfortable with opening up about dealing with mental health issues.
Execution: The ‘Not a Glitch’ campaign.
